How to remove yourself from Whoop

Whoop holds continuous biometric data — heart rate, sleep and recovery.

1. Cancel your membership first; memberships are contract-based and may require completing the term.
2. App → Settings → Account → request account deletion.
3. Submit a written data-deletion request for your historical biometric data.
4. Export your data first if you want it.
