How to remove yourself from Noom

Noom holds sensitive health, weight and eating data, and has faced complaints about hard-to-cancel subscriptions.

1. Cancel your subscription through the app or by contacting support — deleting the app does not cancel billing.
2. Request account and data deletion through their privacy request process.
