It’s impossible to delete account at ClickTale.

ClickTale’s TOS state: ‘You can cancel your Account and Subscription at any time by removing the CTCC from your web pages, removing all Projects from your Account and then contacting ClickTale for account cancellation.’

This is, however, not true, the support’s response was: ‘Unfortunately, there is no way to completely terminate an account’. At least they can stop sending you the e-mails about not using your account (“you haven’t logged into your ClickTale account for a while”).
