How to remove yourself from Grok (X)

X uses your posts to train Grok by default.

1. Open X → Settings → Privacy and safety → Grok.
2. Turn off the option allowing your posts and interactions to be used for training.
3. Delete your Grok conversation history from the same screen.
4. This covers future use only.
