How to remove yourself from Temu

Temu collects extensive device and behavioural data and has faced scrutiny over its permissions.

1. Open the app → You → Settings → Account → Delete account.
2. Cancel pending orders first — deletion is blocked while orders are active.
3. Deletion takes up to 30 days; do not log back in during that window.
