How to remove your Xpress account

Deleting your profile is not possible. Contacting Customer Service doesn’t help. They just don’t respond AT ALL.

Try changing all your personal details into rubbish so at least your privacy is somewhat protected. And send your complaints to their non-supportive Customer Service, just to let them know!
