A bit strange, this one. We created an account from somewhere outside the USA, and when finishing, this message popped up:
If you’d like to delete your account, please call Customer Service at 00800 53847 501..
You could try that, at least when in the USA… Otherwise, use thuis link to contact them by webform: http://us.levi.com/helpdesk/index.jsp?stillHaveQuestion=yes&subdisplay=contact&display=store&cp=1320930
